Executive Chef Christopher Andres at Shadow Lounge Restaurant prepares unique & flavorful dishes that are hearty enough for Buffalonians at a surprisingly reasonable price. We started our meal with Chef Andres' take on the Buffalo chicken wing, Ocean City Wings - whole fried chicken wings, dry rubbed & drizzled with honey (this is the best appetizer we've had in a long time-highly recommended). We also shared a Walnut & Goat Cheese Salad with fresh oranges, strawberrys & creamy raspberry vinaigrette. The daily & weekly specials at Shadow Lounge are always a treat. From the specials menu, we tried the Handmade Gnocchi with tomato basil-roasted garlic sauce topped with diced chicken, wilted greens & mozzarella. And, if you love pasta & seafood, try the Seafood Alfredo, a reach & creamy concoction with shrimp, scallops & clams with a cajun cream sauce.

And, check out the awesome desserts, definitely not your usual boxed pie. This week's dessert: Belgian Chocolate Pate, just the right amount of sweet & creamy chocolate, perfect with one of Shadow Lounge's specialty coffee drinks to finish your meal.
